IMPORTANT

Treatment possible at low temperature (i.e. : copper and elastomer pieces).
For some products, thermal stabilisation is necesssary to avoid any deformation after the treatment.
A hardening is advised, this enables an increase in the longevity of the microflon® treament.

COVERING HALAR (ECTFE)
Covering of important thickness from 400 to 800 µ, realised by powderning, hot-working metal. Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion at high temperature (150°C). High coefficient of anti-adhesion. Used for tankes, stirring shafts, filters, spin-dragers, pump-bodies, valves, taps, etc...

TRANSFORMATION AND MACHINING OF PTFE
Transformation of sods, heavy wall tubes. Casing of stirring shafts with propeller transformation and machining of porous PTFE.
Machining of all noble industrial plastics (PTFE, PCTFE, PFA, FEP, TORLON, VESPEL).
